How can I complete formalities for Student's Pass if there are no appointment slots left?

We regret to inform you that our appointments are fully booked. You and your local sponsor may wish to walk-in on weekdays from 2pm to 4pm (within 3 days of pass expiry) to request for walk-in appointment from our information counter for completion of formalities. Your request to walk-in is still strictly subject to our officer’s approval. If we are unable to serve you on the day, you will be given a specific date/time to come back for completion of formalities.
Please bring all the documents listed in your IPA letter for smooth completion of formalities. We seek your understanding on the longer waiting time for walk-in applicants as our counter officers will serve applicants with prior appointments first.
