Source: https://www.ica.gov.sgIf a student is unable to turn up for the scheduled appointment, you may make another booking via our e-Service after the appointment date has lapsed.
Should the student miss two appointments, no further appointment bookings will be allowed. The student will have to complete formalities as a walk-in customer. The student should expect a longer waiting time as a walk-in customer, since priority is given to customers with appointments.
