Once payment is successful, there will be a pop-up window of the receipt. You can use the print function on the web browser to print the receipt.You will not be able to reprint your receipt once you have closed the pop-up window of the receipt. If you require a receipt, please remember to print or save the receipt before closing the pop-up window. Please refer to ICA website for more information on payment-related enquiries.

 'MyTransaction' is available from the 'MyICA' dropdown list at the top right corner of the window after users log in to MyICA using their Singpass  MyTransaction' in MyICA allows you to view information on immigration facilities requested or sponsored by you. This includes:

A maximum of seven applications can be saved as draft and they will be automatically deleted after 7 days from the last date it was saved. Currently, the feature is available for the following e-Services:i. Visa applicationii. Long-Term Visit Pass applicationMore details will be shared when this feature is available for other e-Services.

The reminder alert using the calendar function in the mobile device is currently not available in MyICA. You will receive a message on the upcoming appointment under 'Notifications’ in MyICA after you have successfully made an appointment online. 

You will be prompted to make an appointment in 'Applications' if required. If you have booked an appointment, you will see your upcoming appointment in 'Notifications'. You can click on the notification to view instructions on how to make changes to the appointment. Alternatively, you can book, change or cancel an appointment in 'e-Services', under 'e-Appointment'.

You can click on the relevant links below for information to update your name and registered address with ICA.

Once payment is successful, you will be brought back to an acknowledgement page. You can use the “Save as pdf” button to save the acknowledgement page.

With MyICA, you need to login via your Singpass only once as it has Single Sign-On capability that enables you to enjoy the convenience of a single access point to your personal information and the range of e-Services available on the portal. You will be able to see essential e-Services that are personalised and relevant to your residency/immigration status, make multiple transactions and payment at one go, receive status updates of your applications, manage your appointments with ICA and be notified on upcoming appointments and expiry of documents such as your passport.

MyICA is being launched progressively.
