Yes, a softcopy of the LON (where available) can be found under “Documents” in an educator’s ONE@ECDA account. Educators can login to ONE@ECDA using their SingPass or ONE@ECDA account to locate and print their LON.Is it true that all foreign staff is not eligible for SingPass?
No. It will depend on the type of pass they are holding on. Centre is encouraged to check the eligibility of SingPass.My ex-spouse and I are currently undergoing separation/divorce. I do not want my spouse to have access to my child or any of his/her information from the school. What should I do?
Unless there is a court order clearly stating that your child is in your sole custody, both you and your ex-spouse have the right to have access to your child and any information pertaining to your child. We seek your understanding that the centre is not in a position to refuse either party's requests. For consistency, it is recommended that you and your ex-spouse provide and endorse a common set of written instructions to the centre regarding your preferred arrangements until a time when a court order can be obtained.How can I provide feedback on preschools?

Once contact details are available on the page, you may wish to contact the preschools directly for updated information on enrolment procedures.
What are the names of the preschools and infant care centres available?
To search for preschools in a particular estate, you may download the LifeSG mobile app or access the LifeSG website and locate the “Search for a preschool” service.You may perform a search ‘By location’, keying in the postal code of your desired location to find available preschools in the vicinity.

Child care centres are private business entities with their own administrative policies on enrolment matters. As such, we seek your understanding that the decision on children enrolment lies with the centre.
We encourage parents to download the LifeSG mobile app or search via the LifeSG website (effective 1 Apr 2024 onwards) to find a suitable child care centre for your child. Should there be no vacancies in your shortlisted preschool, we encourage you to expand your search options to consider other preschools with vacancies, such as by widening your distance range or those near your workplace or child’s caregivers’ home.

Bilingual education is a cornerstone of our education system. In particular, learning of MTL can help to reinforce our values, roots and identity, by giving us direct access to our cultural heritage.While it is not a requirement at the pre-school level, we encourage children to take their respective MTLs at the centres where available to support his or her transition to formal schooling.

Is a child care centre allowed to close for additional days apart from the gazetted public holidays?
A child care centre is open throughout the year except on Sundays, gazetted public holidays and up to 6 days of annual closure. In addition, centres may observe half-days on the eves of 3 major festivals such as Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Puasa or Deepavali. Child care centres are allowed to close for up to 6 days in a year, including 1 day for Teachers’ Day. The centres may decide to close for other reasons such as staff training, curriculum planning or cleaning. The centre is required to give parents at least 2 months’ written notice prior to the closure day. Notice of closure days should also be displayed on the notice board for parents’ information.As a centre user, why am I unable to see some of the modules in CMS?
The Centre User's access is calibrated by Centre Admin. You may check with your Centre Admin.Can I apply for common changes for three out of my 10 centres?
No, the change must be uniform and applicable across all 10 centres.
