If you are helping your foreign workers to apply for Casino Self-Exclusion, you must have a CorpPass. Your status as the authorised personnel of your organisation will enable you to submit applications online for the foreign workers in your organisation.
As their employer, you are required to explain the terms and conditions stated in the application form to your foreign workers.
Please ensure that you have all the valid signatures on the completed Consolidated Application Forms and have read all the declarations carefully before submitting the application.

To apply for a Singpass, your worker may visit the Singpass website: www.Singpass.gov.sg or contact the Singpass hotline at 6643 0555. He/she may also approach the ServiceSG Centres mentioned above for Singpass application.

The counter is opened from 8am to 6pm on Mondays to Saturdays. It is closed on weekends and public holidays.
A Casino Self-Exclusion is a personal responsibility. As an employer, you may encourage your foreign workers to apply for Self-Exclusion and help them submit the application.

Please note that it is your responsibility to monitor your number of visits to the casinos. You can check the number of visits made and your visit balance online at www.ncpg.org.sg. However, the information takes time to be updated.
If you breach your visit limit, you may be escorted out of casino premises by casino security and the Casino Regulatory Authority will conduct an investigation into the matter.

[Third Party Exclusion Order]
Individuals may apply to revoke their Third Party Exclusion Order if there are any changes in their financial circumstances. The Third Party Exclusion Order will remain in force until it is revoked successfully.
Please contact NCPG at 6354 8154 for assistance with your application and get ready the following documents to submit during the application if you have:
Credit Bureau Singapore Report
Personal Bureau Individual Credit Report
Latest Bank Statements
Latest Pay Slips
Income Tax Notice of Assessment or Documents evidencing Income
After the application is submitted, you will be required to make an appointment for a harm assessment at NCPG’s appointed agency, Resilienz Clinic.
After the assessment and counselling sessions (if applicable) are completed, the Council will decide whether permission should be granted to proceed with the application, depending on the merits of the case. If permission is granted, a hearing will be scheduled to hear your application. You will be required to attend the session.
The duration which NCPG takes to decide if the Third Party Exclusion Order can be revoked depends on how soon the revocation procedures are completed. Most applications about at least 6 months to complete.
For revocation outcome of Third Party Exclusion Order, you will receive a letter from National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG).
