What are the social safeguard measures taken by the Government to help problem gamblers manage their gambling?
Casino exclusions, casino visit limits, and exclusions from online betting and jackpot clubs are available to help problem gamblers.
The National Council on Problem Gambling appoints agencies to provide counselling and group support for problem gamblers and their families. For more information, please call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1800 666 8668. Alternatively, you may use our webchat service on the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) website (www.ncpg.org.sg). Both services are available daily from 8am to 11pm.
