Can I apply for Jackpot Machine Room Self-Exclusion and Singapore Pools Remote Betting Self-Exclusion for my family member?
If you have a family member or loved one with a gambling problem, please encourage them to apply for Self-Exclusion.
If your family member has caused distress to the family because of his or her gambling at the jackpot machine rooms or online gambling through a Singapore Pools betting account, you may apply for a Family Exclusion Order with the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG). To apply, you may log in to the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) website (www.ncpg.org.sg) with your Singpass. You may also call the following partner agency of NCPG:
