Where can I earn and redeem YUU points?
yuu members get to enjoy a transparent earn rate of $1 spent = 1 yuu Point, with no cap or limit on the number of points that can be earned.
Rewards (in terms of yuu Points) can be earned by making a purchase at the participating stores including Cold Storage, CS Fresh, Giant, Guardian Health & Beauty, 7 Eleven, BreadTalk, Toast Box and many more. To find out more, please visit https://yuu.sg
yuu Members who pay with their PAssion POSB Debit Card also stand to earn at least 3x more points* ($1 = 3 points) on valid transactions made with yuu partner brands. To find out more, please visit www.posb.com.sg/passion.
Members can use their yuu Points to redeem rewards and vouchers in App or use their points to offset purchases, Pay with Points, instantly at selected outlets. Members will need a minimum of 200 points to Pay with Points. yuu Points stay valid for 2 years from the date of points awarded.
*During promotion period from 27 October 2022 till 31 January 2023, PAssion POSB Debit Card transactions at yuu participating stores can earn up to 16x points.
As a PAssion card member, do I still need to sign up for the YUU rewards club?
Yes. To earn Points through your purchases and redeem rewards, you'll need to sign up to yuu and link your PAssion Card on the yuu App.
Step 1: Follow the simple steps to sign up for the yuu Rewards Club via the yuu App
Step 2: On successful registration, you will be prompted to link your PAssion Card. Alternatively, tap on the PAssion brand logo on the yuu homepage > tap on "Link Account".

I am used to the tapformore process of tapping my card at the cashier to earn my points. Can I continue to tap my card to earn points?
Once you have linked your PAssion Card to your yuu account, you may continue to tap your PAssion Card to earn yuu Points when you make a purchase at selected yuu Partners, namely Cold Storage, CS Fresh, Giant, Guardian and 7-Eleven. However, you will need to download the yuu App and link your PAssion Card by 30 April 2023 to view and use your yuu Points.
I do not have a smartphone to download the YUU app, what do I do?
You may approach your nearest CCs for assistance to register your yuu Account offline and complete the process of linking your PAssion Card to your yuu Account. Rest assured you can continue to tap your PAssion Card to earn yuu Points when you make a purchase at selected yuu Partners including Cold Storage, CS Fresh, Giant, Guardian and 7-Eleven.
I am unable to link my PAssion card CAN number in the YUU app. What should I do?
If you see the above error message, it's possible that you have entered the wrong CAN/LID Number. Please refer to the back of your physical card or via MyPAssion App, tap on the "e-Card" for the CAN/LID Number.
If the CAN Number you have entered is correct, it could be due to other possible reasons such as the CAN Number has been deactivated, the date of birth does not match or you have just applied for the PAssion Card and the CAN Number has not been activated yet. If your date of birth is incorrect and you have Singpass login, you can log in using Singpass via www.onepa.gov.sg, go to "Account - Profile", select the "Pencil" icon on My Profile tab to edit and click on "Retrieve Myinfo from Singpass" button to update your particulars such as date of birth.

Where can I use my physical PAssion card to earn YUU points?
You can earn yuu Points by tapping your physical PAssion Card at DFI Retail Group's participating stores (CS Fresh, Cold Storage, Giant, Guardian Health & Beauty, 7-Eleven except airport stores) when you make a purchase. To view and use yuu Points earned, you will have to download and sign up on the yuu App and link your PAssion Card.
Exclusions include purchases made at airport stores, statutory services and products, DFI Retail Group vouchers, newspapers, magazines, tobacco and infant milk formula products.
Where can I find my PAssion card CAN/LID number?
You can find your 16-digit CAN/LID Number printed on the back of your physical PAssion Card; OR
Login using SingPass via MyPAssion App, tap on the "e-Card" icon at the footer and tap on the drop-down arrow at "View Card Info" to view your card details. (PAssion Card Number and CAN/LID Number).
If you are still unable to retrieve your CAN/LID Number, you may wish to contact PA Contact Centre at 6225 5322 (8am to 6pm, Mondays to Sundays, excluding Public Holidays) or submit your feedback via www.pa.gov.sg/feedback for further assistance.
I have gotten a replacement PAssion card. Do I have to relink my replacement card, or will it be auto linked to my YUU account?
No, you are not required to link your replacement card to your yuu Account. It will be automatically linked to your yuu Account.
