How do I register for a user account on onePA?
You will need a Singpass account to sign-in before you can proceed to create a user account with onePA.
The system will prompt you to create a onePA account, if applicable.
Why are some onePA badminton courts not offered online?
Each CC will have at least one badminton court available for online booking.
There are some badminton courts which are available only for over the counter bookings to cater to walk-in residents who may not be digitally savvy.
Rest assured that each CC will have at least one badminton court available for online booking.
What features does onePA offer?
onePA offers you the convenience of registering and paying for Community Club/ PAssion Wave Outlets/ imPAct@Hong Lim Green courses, activities and resources (facilities, holiday facilitaties, equipment/storage) online.
You will also be able to sign up for memberships (including PAssion Card Membership) and interest groups online.
You can also locate the Community Club/Water-Ventures nearest your home or any postal code.
Occasionally there may be a 2% discount via the onePA portal
Where can I find the contact details for a CC or the nearest CC to my home?
You may find the Search panel on the banner of the home page.
Click on About Us > Locate a Community Club/ Centre to list all community clubs.
Select the desire community club from the list by clicking on the name to view the contact details.

How can I find out more about a course or event?
Go to the course page by clicking “COURSES” at the top menu, followed by “All Courses”. Enter keyword like “yoga” into the “What” box. Select the CC in the “Where” box (type the CC name). Click “Search” button. Note: Users can omit "Where" for wider search.
After clicking into the individual course or event, more details will be shown e.g. description, venue, vacancies.
Some courses may be found in the e-Kiosk located at all CCs. FP need to be a onePA member to use the kiosk
How far ahead can I book a facility?
You may book facilities such as badminton courts, table-tennis tables, etc. 15 days in advance.
The new booking window for in-demand facilities starts at 10pm each day.
For example, on 1st Oct, you can book a badminton court in advance up to 16th Oct. On 1st Oct 10pm, you can book a badminton court in advance up to 17th Oct.
Conference room, meeting room, studios are not availble for online booking in onePA website. For these facilities located at the CCs, users can fill up an enquiry form for the CC to get back to them and/ or drop by the CC to make the booking.

How many facility slots can I book at one go?
Each payer can book up to 2 facility slots per day. This is to allow different residents to enjoy our facilities.
Can I register for a course that has already commenced?
Once the class had commenced, the registration would have closed online for members of public to register. This is to encourage members of public to sign up early to secure a spot for the class. You may still be allowed to sign up for the class after class commencement but they are to contact the organising CC to enquire further.Is there a waiting list if registration is full?
Currently, the CCs do not call those in the waiting list, as the notification is automated and the CCs are not privy to the list. Customers in the waiting list will receive either an SMS or Email notification once there is a vacancy. The registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.Why do fees differ among PA outlets?
Fees are dependent on factors such as venue/location and costs of providing the product.
