You may find the Search panel on the banner of the home page.

• Click on About Us > Locate a Community Club/ Centre to list all community clubs.

• Select the desire community club from the list by clicking on the name to view the contact details.

• Click here to locate CC

• You will need a Singpass account to sign-in before you can proceed to create a user account with onePA.

• The system will prompt you to create a onePA account, if applicable.

• The Login with Singpass button can be found at the top menu header bar 

• Clicking it will prompt you to log in with your Singpass via password login or the Singpass mobile app.

• Upon successful login, you shall be automatically redirected back to onePA.gov.sg.

1. To search for courses by keywords and CC: Go to the course page by clicking “COURSES” at the top menu, followed by “All Courses” > Enter keyword like “yoga” into the “What*” box. Select the CC in the “Where” box (type the CC name). Click “Search” button.

2. To search for specific course code: Click on the “magnifying glass” icon at the top menu > Enter the course code into the search bar. Press the “enter” key or click on the “magnifying glass” again.

Each CC will have at least one badminton court available for online booking.

There are some badminton courts which are available only for over the counter bookings to cater to walk-in residents who may not be digitally savvy.

Rest assured that each CC will have at least one badminton court available for online booking.

• onePA offers you the convenience of registering and paying for Community Club/ PAssion Wave Outlets/ imPAct@Hong Lim Green courses, activities and resources (facilities, holiday facilitaties, equipment/storage) online.

• You will also be able to sign up for memberships (including PAssion Card Membership) and interest groups online.

• You can also locate the Community Club/Water-Ventures nearest your home or any postal code.

• Occasionally there may be a 2% discount via the onePA portal

• Go to the course page by clicking “COURSES” at the top menu, followed by “All Courses”. Enter keyword like “yoga” into the “What” box. Select the CC in the “Where” box (type the CC name). Click “Search” button. Note: Users can omit "Where" for wider search.

• After clicking into the individual course or event, more details will be shown e.g. description, venue, vacancies.

• Some courses may be found in the e-Kiosk located at all CCs. FP need to be a onePA member to use the kiosk

• You may book facilities such as badminton courts, table-tennis tables, etc. 15 days in advance.

• The new booking window for in-demand facilities starts at 10pm each day.

• For example, on 1st Oct, you can book a badminton court in advance up to 16th Oct. On 1st Oct 10pm, you can book a badminton court in advance up to 17th Oct.

• Conference room, meeting room, studios are not availble for online booking in onePA website. For these facilities located at the CCs, users can fill up an enquiry form for the CC to get back to them and/ or drop by the CC to make the booking.

Each payer can book up to 2 facility slots per day. This is to allow different residents to enjoy our facilities.

Fees are dependent on factors such as venue/location and costs of providing the product.

The onePA user account enables you to:

• view your transaction history,

• view membership renewal information & renew membership,

• view customised promotions upon login,

• download and reprint receipts,

• change personal particulars and preferences,

• pay for any outstanding products selected.
