I have lost my card and the card has been blacklisted, will still be able to link my card if I have not signed up for YUU account?

If you have not signed up for yuu Account and link your PAssion Card yet:

You will not be able to link the blacklisted card to your yuu Account.

You may proceed to link your replacement card when you have signed up for your yuu Account.
