I'm unable to use my linked PAssion card to earn/redeem YUU points. Why is this so?

Do check that your PAssion membership is active and you have linked it to your yuu Account successfully. Tap on the PAssion brand logo at the App homepage and you can see if your PAssion Card is linked to your yuu Account. You will be able to see "Account Linked".
If you are still encountering issues, please go to the yuu App homepage, tap "Me" at the bottom navigation bar > "Customer Service" to reach out to our Customer Service Team for further assistance.
