How can I find help on using OPGO?
You may view our instructional videos and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) on how to use the various services on OPGO, such as applying for an LPA, accepting an LPA Donee appointment, certifying an LPA, and submitting a Deputy Report. The videos are subtitled and voiced in English, Mandarin, Malay and Tamil. The videos and QRGs are available in OPGO under ‘Resources’ tab at the top of the window. If one requires guided assistance using OPGO, Donors and Deputies should seek help from their family first.
