- Yes, there is no limit to the number of roles for each Corppass user. A user who is both ‘Manager’ and ‘Preparer’ will be able to create or edit the contact and payment details in ‘Manage Payment Details’ form as well as submit online applications on behalf of the entity.
How do I set up access to Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal and assign role(s) to Corppass user(s) for my entity?
Before a Corppass user can use the e-Services in the GPL Portal, your Corppass Administrator must assign "access" and "authorisation" roles to each user via the Corppass website.
1. To set up digital service1:
* Click ‘Select Entity’s e-Services’ after successful login.
* Type ‘Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal’ in the search box.
* Select the checkbox and click ‘Next’.
* Complete your CPF Submission Number(s) (CSN(s))2 and click ‘Next’.
* Click ‘Submit’ after verifying your entries are correct.
Note:
1 Digital service is also known as e-Service.
2 The CSN should begin with the entity’s UEN (e.g. UEN/entity ID used for Corppass login is 123456789Z). You will need to input the field ‘CSN’ in the correct format as e.g. 123456789Z-PTE-01.
2. To assign specific users to the digital service and role(s):
* Click ‘Assign selected e-Services’ upon successful login.
* Select the Corppass user account(s) you wish to assign to.
* Select ‘Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal’ and click ‘Next’.
* Select the role(s) and CSN that you wish to assign to the selected Corppass user.
* Click ‘Next’ to verify the assignment.
* Click ‘Submit’ to complete.
For multiple CSNs, repeat Step 2 for each CSN for the assignment of role(s) and access to specific user(s).

Please log in to Corppass website to check what type of access you have been assigned. Contact your Corppass administrator if you have not been granted access to transact on behalf of your company. Is there a maximum number of Corppass users in the Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal?
No, there is no limit to the number of Corppass users.
Do note that each individual is only allowed a single Corppass account per entity. However, the individual may hold separate Corppass accounts for different entities they are acting on behalf of.

What roles and functions can be assigned to Corppass users in the Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal?
The following are the roles and functions that can be assigned to Corppass users in the Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal.
Manager
The Manager maintains the company's contact details and payment details
Preparer
The Preparer submits Government-Paid Leave (GPL) applications in the GPL portal
Reader
The Reader can view the company's contact details, payment details, submitted GPL applications, Childcare leave taken by employee and Shared Parental Leave Election declarations by employee.
The Manager and Preparer roles can also have the Reader role.
Please note that only the 'Corppass Administrator' may assign one more role(s) to a Corppass user in the GPL Portal.

Who can edit the saved drafts in the Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal?
For entities with CSN beginning with UEN
Only personnel with ‘Preparer’ access can edit the saved drafts for the selected CPF Submission Number.
For entities with CSN beginning with NRIC/FIN
Applicants can only edit drafts saved under their own Singpass account.
