If your application is withdrawn after you have paid the issuance fee, we will process the refund of the issuance fee. The process takes approximately four weeks and the amount will be credited to the payee’s account for payment via credit card.
You can arrange to make the necessary payment once the status reflected is “Pending Processing Fee” or “IPA-Pending Issuance Fee”. Payments must be made on the e-Service using the eNets, Credit/Debit, Internet banking or PayNow.
