Can I submit another application online if my first application to extend my stay is unsuccessful?

Each application is assessed carefully based on its own merits. If there are changes in your circumstances or new grounds for consideration, you may submit another application. Please ensure that all details provided in your application are accurate (e.g. DE number, passport number, Name, etc). Otherwise, you are advised to depart on or before the expiry date of your existing short-term visit pass (STVP). 

You may refer to Visit Pass Validity Tool (for visit pass endorsement) or the e-Pass Enquiry Portal (for e-Pass issued) for more information on your stay validity.

Please note that overstaying is an immigration offence in Singapore. If you overstay beyond the validity of your immigration pass, you may be subjected to a composition fine or prosecution in court.
