Updated by ICA

Overstaying is an offence under the Immigration Act. Depending on the number of days you have overstayed, you will be subjected to a composition fine or prosecution in court.
You can submit your application for a Short-Term Visit Pass (STVP) extension via ICA e-Service for ICA's assessment.
