If your application is unsuccessful, you may submit a new application via the e-Service, citing the reasons for the request. Please ensure that all details provided in your application are accurate (e.g. DE number, Name, etc). 

Overstaying is an immigration offence. Please make the necessary arrangements to depart Singapore if you are unable to extend your stay before the expiry of your short-term visit pass (STVP).
