All short-term visit pass (STVP) extension applications must be submitted online via the e-Service. Walk-in applications will not be accepted. You are advised to submit your application when your STVP has a remaining validity of 14 days or less. Your application will be processed within five working days (excluding Public Holidays and weekends). Some applications may take longer to process.

Do note that all applications will be assessed holistically and are subjected to approval.
