The Singapore-ICAO Next Generation Aviation Professionals Scholarship Programme targets aviation professionals aged 35 and below, to provide them a foundation on key aviation topics. Each year, up to 10 scholars can join a 6-week in-Singapore programme at the SAA and an aviation company in Singapore within three years. Application details will be provided by ICAO.

From April 2024 till 2026, SAA will undergo a spatial transformation to increase its training capacity, provide an enhanced learning experience, with technology-enabled classrooms and more networking and informal learning spaces. During this period, SAA will continue to offer its training programmes at hotels and other conference venues in Singapore and overseas.

The course fee covers training instruction, training materials, lunch and refreshments during training days.

SAA does not provide training in aircraft maintenance or aerospace engineering. However, SAA offers a range of courses specialising in aviation safety.

Unfortunately, SAA does not provide replacements for hardcopy certificates issued. However, you can request a Letter of Attendance for past courses via the online enquiry form.

To apply for an SAA course under fellowship, follow these steps:1. Create an iSAA account and log in.2. Access the fellowship brochure link for your desired course and apply online.3. Complete the nomination form and obtain endorsement from the Director General of Civil Aviation or equivalent.4. Submit your application well before the closing date (2359hrs, UTC +8).SAA will notify you of your application outcome approximately 8 weeks prior to course commencement via email.
