I am encountering difficulties in using the SMS One-Time Password (OTP) to sign into my iSAA account. Are there any alternative methods I can use to sign in?

You may receive the OTP via the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) method. You will need to download and set up the SecureConnect OTP app on your phone from the iOS or Android App Store. Please login to your iSAA account via your desktop/laptop and navigate to the “2-Step Verification (2FA)” webpage. Click on “Mobile App” to login via the SecureConnect App in your phone.
