Tell us straight away through the KampungSpirit feedback form. Include the name of the Institution of a Public Character (IPC) or household item listing the money was donated to, amount and time shown on your Impact page, your NRIC and screenshots of the Impact page and confirmation email you received, if any. This information allows us to find the donation.

What happens next

• We will look into and/or refer the case to the People's Association (PA) if Vouchers are involved as PA administers the voucher scheme. We advise you to make a police report as well.

• Donations that appear on your Impact Page are only reflected if you logged in with Singpass. If you think someone else may have access to your Singpass, follow Singpass's guidance on securing your account.
