Follow these steps to recover your account:

1) Reset your password using Singpass Face Verification (Refer to the step-by-step guide here).

2) Log in to Singpass portal using your new password, followed by Singpass Face Verification.

3) Select “Update profile” to update your mobile number and email address. You will be prompted to enter the OTP sent to your newly entered mobile number and email address.

4) Reinstall the Singpass app on your device. (Refer to the step-by-step guide here). This ensures that only you have access to your Singpass app.

Alternatively, you can also choose to suspend your Singpass account via these steps. This means you will not be able to log in to your Singpass account. You can unsuspend your Singpass account through the Singpass Helpdesk.

For further assistance, call Singpass Helpdesk at 6335 3533 and press “9” for 24-hour scam support. You should also lodge a police report.
