Singpass 24/7 scam support hotline is no longer available. How can I protect my account?

Updated by SINGPASS

Effective from 30 June 2026, the Singpass 24/7 scam support hotline is no longer available.

However, you can continue to self-suspend your Singpass account 24/7 via our hotline.

If you suspect your Singpass account has been compromised, securing your account quickly can help prevent further unauthorised access.

To protect your account immediately:

  • Contact your bank to secure your accounts

  • File a police report

  • Suspend your Singpass account or follow the account recovery steps below.

To recover your account, you should:

  • Reset your Singpass password to prevent anyone else from signing in.

  • Change your Singpass ID if you believe someone else knows your login credentials.

  • Review your recent transaction history to check for any activities you do not recognise.

  • Re-install the Singpass app on your trusted device to ensure only your device is linked to your account.

For detailed instructions on how to complete these account recovery steps, refer to our other article: I think I got scammed / I suspect my account has been compromised. How can I recover my account?

The Singpass Helpdesk remains contactable from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays). You can call us at +65 6335 3533 or submit a feedback form, and our helpdesk officers will follow up with you.
