Every voucher transfer leaves a record, so this can be traced.

What to do

1. Check your Impact page. If the donation shows as Pending, see My donation says "Your donation is being confirmed". Did it go through?

2. If nothing shows, open your voucher page from the link you received by SMS and select History. It lists where each voucher was used, including donations to an IPC. Take a screenshot.

3. Tell us through the KampungSpirit feedback form with the relevant screenshots and details. These help us find the transaction in our records and check it with RedeemSG.

   

If the transaction history shows the Vouchers were used at a shop rather than donated, use the RedeemSG support form instead.
