My donation says "Your donation is being confirmed". Did it go through?

"Being confirmed" means KampungSpirit is waiting for RedeemSG to confirm your voucher transfer. It does not mean the donation failed.

What to do

  • Do not repeat this donation, as you could end up donating twice. You can still donate your other Vouchers to other IPCs while it is being resolved.

  • No action is needed from you. Wait a few minutes, then select Check your donation status or open your Impact page. Most donations confirm within a few minutes.

  • If it still shows Pending after a day, report it through the KampungSpirit feedback form. Include the IPC, amount and time so we can find the donation. We will check it and update you.

What happens next

  • If it went through: your Impact page shows Success. If you gave an email address, you also get an email titled "Your KampungSpirit donation is in!".

  • If it did not go through: your Impact page shows Failed, and you get an email titled "Your donation could not be completed". Your Vouchers were not used, and you can safely donate again.
