No. If your Impact page shows Failed, the transfer did not go through and your Vouchers were not used. They stay in your balance, and you can donate again any time before 31 Dec 2026, 11.59pm.

How to check

• Your Impact page shows the donation as Failed.

• If you gave an email address, you also received an email titled "Your donation could not be completed".

If something does not match

• If your voucher balance went down anyway, see My voucher balance dropped, but KampungSpirit shows no donation. What happened?

• If the donation shows as Pending rather than Failed, it has not failed. See My donation says "Your donation is being confirmed". Did it go through?

• If your donation fails again, check kampungspirit.gov.sg for a service notice, then report it through the KampungSpirit feedback form with the IPC, amount and time.
