We seek your understanding that we may not be able to disclose the full details of all access or use of your personal information in HOMES.
No. We are not able to accept any changes to the HOMES consent forms or consent clauses. Any changes made to the consent form or clauses will render the consent void.
This option is currently not supported. To minimise hassle to you and your family when you renew or reapply to participating schemes, the consents you have given for the application of the participating schemes will remain valid and continuous until withdrawn.

HOMES, the Household Means Eligibility System, is a Government system supporting public schemes in their conduct of means-tests as part of their assessment in determining the level of assistance for them. You or your family member may have confirmed your household composition or applied for assistance from one of the public schemes tapping on HOMES. These schemes are listed on the HOMES webpage. Applicants may be contacted by the HOMES Ops team via phone, email or letter, if there is a need to clarify the household information they or their family members had provided for the application of assistance from the public scheme.

Please note that the minimum age requirement for a Singpass account is 15 years old.
Alternatively, you may ask a family/household member who is included in your household, to log in to HOMES eService with his/her Singpass and help perform the actions required.
Please contact the HOMES Ops officer who was the liaison for your case, via email or HOMES hotline 6818 1422 (from Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays) between 8.30am and 5.30pm) for assistance, if completing your actions on the HOMES eService is not a viable option for you.
The information and services on the HOMES eService are available to the following groups of individuals who have 2FA-enabled Singpass accounts:
i) Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents
ii) Valid FIN holders who are known to be related to a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

Reset your Singpass password immediately to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
Lodge a police report at any Neighbourhood Centre/Post or via the Electronic Police Centre website.
