An individual’s personal data should only be used with his/her knowledge and consent. Persons who are (i) at least 21 years old based on date of birth at the point of consent signing; (ii) with sufficient mental capacity to understand the Terms of Consent, should provide consent for themselves. For the following groups (Exceptions) who are unable to provide consent themselves, their authorised representative(s) can provide consent on their behalf:

* If the Donee or Deputy is appointed to only act jointly for the incapacitated person, then all the appointed Donees and Deputies must provide consent on behalf together for him/her.
