You can register for a Singpass account at https://www.singpass.gov.sg if you are a/an;
Singapore Citizen and Permanent Resident
Employment Pass (EP) and Personalised Employment Pass (PEP) holders
EntrePass holders
S-Pass holders
Dependent Pass holders (of EP, PEP, EntrePass and S-Pass holders)
Long Term Visit Pass-Plus (LTVP+) holders
Long Term Visit Pass holders
Selected Work Permit Holders who require Singpass to access government digital services
Please note that the minimum age requirement for a Singpass account is 15 years old.
Alternatively, you may ask a family/household member who is included in your household, to log in to HOMES eService with his/her Singpass and help perform the actions required.
Please contact the HOMES Ops officer who was the liaison for your case, via email or HOMES hotline 6818 1422 (from Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays) between 8.30am and 5.30pm) for assistance, if completing your actions on the HOMES eService is not a viable option for you.
The information and services on the HOMES eService are available to the following groups of individuals who have 2FA-enabled Singpass accounts:
i) Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents
ii) Valid FIN holders who are known to be related to a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
If you have successfully logged in with your Singpass account but are unable to access the HOMES eService, please visit HOMES webpage to provide your contact details, the error message displayed and your Singpass account user ID, for us to further assist you.
Alternatively, if you are already in contact with HOMES Ops team, you may contact the officer via email or HOMES hotline 6818 1422 (from Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays) between 8.30am and 5.30pm) for assistance.
If you suspect that your Singpass account has been compromised, we strongly advise you to take the following actions:
Reset your Singpass password immediately to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
Lodge a police report at any Neighbourhood Centre/Post or via the Electronic Police Centre website.
Email GovTech at qsm@tech.gov.sg to highlight your case to the Administrator.
