I am already following up with my Healthier SG doctor regularly per my doctor’s recommendation. Do I need to go for extra Health Plan check-ins to qualify for the one-off 1,500 Healthpoints benefit (worth $10)?
The one-off 1,500 Healthpoints benefit (worth $10) does not require extra Health Plan check-ins. You should continue to follow your existing schedule for annual Health Plan check-ins as recommended by your doctor. Annual Health Plan check-ins may be conducted during visits for other purposes, such as routine chronic appointments. Your annual Health Plan check-in is fully-subsidised*.
You will qualify for the one-off 1,500 Healthpoints benefit (worth $10) when you (i) complete an in-person annual Health Plan check-in and (ii) view your updated Health Plan on HealthHub after your in-person check-in, within the qualifying period of 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2029.
*Prevailing fees for services outside Healthier SG scope will apply.
