I enrolled in Healthier SG and completed my first Health Plan consultation, but I have not received my Healthpoints. How long will it take for me to receive the Healthpoints?

After completing your first Health Plan consultation, the Healthier SG clinic typically submits the Health Plan within 3 days from your consultation date. As such, it may take 3 to 5 days for your Healthpoints to appear on Healthy 365 (H365).
If you have not received your Healthpoints 5 days after your Health Plan is reflected in your HealthHub app, you can inquire about the Health Plan submission and Healthpoints disbursement by calling the MOH Hotline at 6325 9220
