- The transaction you're performing makes use of a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) digital security certificate. This allows you to conduct safe e-transactions with 256-bit encrypted SSL connections.Essentially, this digital certificate is an electronic document which your browser uses to authenticate our server and initiate the encryption processes. What is "e-Cashier"?
e-Cashier is a convenient online service that allows you to make digital payments to the CPF Board for CPF matters as a member and/or self-employed person using PayNow QR.
To make payment using PayNow QR, you will need to have a bank account that is registered with PayNow and a PayNow participating bank or payment app.

Employers can submit their applications online in the comfort of their home or office, through our employer digital services. This includes applications for submitting contribution details online, refund of CPF contributions etc.

How do I make an appointment with CPF?

What happens to my Singpass?
If you have not received your Singpass for the new account, a new Singpass will automatically be sent to your address maintained with the Government within two months after CPF contributions are credited into the new CPF account. How do I change or reset my Singpass password online?
To change or reset your Singpass password, please complete the following steps:
- Visit Singpass website
- Select 'Log in'
- Select ‘Reset password’ (under the ‘Services’ tab)
- Follow the instructions on the website to complete the changing or resetting of Singpass password

I am a foreigner. I can’t seem to be able to login to CPF digital services using my Singpass, why is it so?
With the discontinuation of the OneKey Token from 1 April 2021, foreign CPF members will no longer be able to access CPF digital services using the Singpass which was registered under their CPF issued account numbers (e.g. SA987654C or TC123456A) previously.
Foreign CPF members with CPF issued accounts and are currently holding FIN may apply for a new Singpass under the FIN to access CPF digital services for their CPF SA/SB/TC account. You may refer to the Singpass website at singpass.gov.sg for the steps to apply.

How do I check/change/cancel my appointment?

I am a FIN holder. How do I access CPF digital services?
You may login to CPF digital services using your Singpass registered under your FIN.
If you have a CPF issued account (e.g. SA987654C or TC123456A) and your FIN is updated with us, you will be prompted to select your transaction profile (either CPF issued account or FIN) after you log in.
