What should I do if I do not have any CPF contributions payable (e.g., ceased operations or no workers temporarily)?
If you do not have CPF contributions payable*, you need to:
i) notify us immediately by submitting your request to us, and
ii) indicate the effective period or month(s) that you do not have CPF contributions payable..
By doing so, you can avoid any potential enforcement actions.
*Note: Terminating Electronic Standing Instruction (ESI) or Direct Debit Arrangement (DDA), stopping payment of CPF contributions or deleting employee records from CPF EZPay do not constitute as informing CPF Board that you do not have any more employees.
