Why am I not able to see a particular Career Advisory/Coaching mode (Face-to-Face, Phone, Virtual) I want? - e2i/CMPs
The booking slots for that mode are fully booked. Hence, you will need to select another mode. [Note: You might want to check other location to see if they have available booking slot for the mode you want.]
I have called WSG hotline earlier and the officer assisted me in making an appointment with Careers Connect/e2i/Ingeus/AKG over the phone. Can I reschedule or cancel the appointment online? - e2i/CMPs
Yes, you can. Please login to MyCareerFuture (https://www.mycareersfuture.gov.sg/) and go to the booking page. Once you are at the booking page, you should be able to see your booking. Click on “Reschedule/Cancel”, the booking will be loaded. You will be able to update your mobile, email or booking mode/date/time. Update of location is not allowed. If you wish to change the location, please cancel the booking, and make a new booking.
Why am I being recommended a certain location? Can I select another location? - e2i/CMPs
The location is recommended as it is nearest to you (based on the provided postal code). If you prefer to select another location, you can use the option of selecting another location.

Login
- Navigate to https://www.mycareersfuture.gov.sg/ and click on Log In
- You will be brought to Singpass page for login.
Making a Booking
- Once you have logged in to MyCareersFuture, you will be brought to the landing page. Look for the career guidance banner and click on “Book Now”.
- MyCareersFuture will redirect you to the Appointment Booking Page
- Click on Next to proceed to make your booking
- You will need to fill in information about yourself to proceed with the booking. Click on Next when done.
- Based on the postal code entered, you will be recommended a location nearest to you. However, you can select another location if you wish by selecting the reason for the change.
- After selecting the location and Career Advisory mode, you will need to select the date/time for your booking. The dates in green are available dates for booking. The timing available will be displayed for selection once the date is selected. Click on Confirm once you have completed making your selection and check the declaration box.
- You will be prompted that the booking is made successfully, and the summary of your booking will be displayed.
Rescheduling/Cancelling a Booking
- You will need to login to MyCareersFuture via Singpass and click on Book Now for MyCareersFuture to bring you to the appointment booking page
- Instead of seeing the explanatory note for booking, you will see the booking you have:
- Click on Reschedule/Cancel. The information which you have provided earlier, and the booking information will be loaded. You will be able to update your contact information (phone/email) and re-select another booking mode, date and/or time to reschedule your booking, and click on Amend Booking. If you wish to cancel the booking, you can proceed to click on Cancel Booking.
- You will be prompted if you wish to amend or cancel the booking.
- Once you have made the selection, you will be prompted that the transaction is successfully.
Individual with Open Case / BA Created / Case Closed Less than 3 months
- For individual who has recently been assisted by WSG or our partners, they will not be able to do a self-booking as we encourage them to return to that organisation to ensure continuity of service provided. Such individual will see the following message with the contact of that organisation for them to contact.
All the fields are marked as mandatory, but I do not have a mobile or email. How do I proceed? - e2i/CMPs
For self-booking, we will need all fields to be filled in. If you do not have either a mobile or email, please contact WSG at 6883 5885 for assistance in making a booking.
I want an immediate booking slot but the earliest is only x days away. - e2i/CMPs [Applicable for both scenarios: (i) Individual had already self-booked appointment and want to reschedule to earlier date, or (ii) Individual has not booked any appointment yet]
Appointment booking system will show all the available slots. The first slot you see is the earliest available slot for the selected location/mode.

Please go back to MyCareerFuture (https://www.mycareersfuture.gov.sg/) and re-start the booking process and complete the booking within the stipulated time frame. If you are still facing issue in completing the booking, please contact WSG at 6883 5885 for assistance.
