I have called WSG hotline earlier and the officer assisted me in making an appointment with Careers Connect/e2i/Ingeus/AKG over the phone. Can I reschedule or cancel the appointment online? - e2i/CMPs

Yes, you can. Please login to MyCareerFuture (https://www.mycareersfuture.gov.sg/) and go to the booking page. Once you are at the booking page, you should be able to see your booking. Click on “Reschedule/Cancel”, the booking will be loaded. You will be able to update your mobile, email or booking mode/date/time. 
 
Update of location is not allowed. If you wish to change the location, please cancel the booking, and make a new booking.
