Who is allowed to visit inmates?

Approved visitors comprising of family members, relatives and others can visit their loved ones.

A maximum of three visitors are allowed per visit session.

Application for Visit

Submit the Visit Request Application Form using your Singpass account here. For applicants without a Singpass account, submit your Visit Request Application Form here.

If you are related to the inmate, attach Documentary proof (e.g., Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate) of your relationship with the inmate in the application form. Otherwise, your relationship with the inmate will be considered as a friend.

For visit applicants below 21 years old without documentary proof of relationship with the inmate, your parent /guardian is required to submit the  Consent Form here.

All visit applications will be processed within 15 working days*. The inmate’s Visit Card Holder (if any) and you will be notified on the outcome of the visit application via SMS at your declared mobile phone numbers.

*Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
