Yes, individuals below 21 years old are allowed to visit inmates if their Visit Request Application is approved and are accompanied by an adult during the visit.

  1. For visit applicants below 21 years old without documentary proof of relationship with the inmate, the parent/guardian must submit the Visitor's Parental/Guardian Consent Form here: https://form.gov.sg/63804b239e87340012a166bd

Applications are processed within 15 working days. The inmate's Main Card Holder (MCH) and you will be notified on the outcome of the Visit Request Application via SMS at your declared mobile phone numbers.
