Are family allowed to visit the inmate after his sentencing?

Family members are allowed to visit the inmate after his/her sentencing. To do so, you must submit a Visit Request Application and ensure it has been approved before booking a visit. You may submit the Visit Request Application form via one of the links below:

If you are related to the inmate, do ensure to attach the relevant Relationship Verification Documents in your Visit Request Application form. To find out what documents to submit, please refer to the following link: https://www.sps.gov.sg/visit-matters/visit-information/who-can-visit/

Applications are processed within 15 working days. The inmate's Main Card Holder (MCH) and you will be notified on the outcome of the Visit Request Application via SMS at your declared mobile phone numbers.
