What are some of the changes/enhancement to Probate eService from 15 October 2024 onwards?
Users of Probate eService were previously unable to submit Affidavit of Due Execution (only applicable when the Court sends you an email for this document) through Probate eService.
We have made enhancement to the eService and users are now able to file this document through Probate eService instead of physically going down to the SG Courts Services Bureau to do the filing.
