The Probate eService is a step-by-step guided online service that a sole executor (named in the deceased’s will) can use to apply for a Grant of Probate. The eService will assist the sole executor in preparing and submitting the required probate documents to the court.

Applicants who use the Probate eService do not need to make multiple trips to the Singapore Courts Service Bureaus. In addition, applicants who use the Probate eService can request portions of their forms to be automatically filled in. The eService does this by retrieving an applicant’s personal information from other government systems through MyInfo.

The deceased’s information may also be automatically filled in if the information is available via official government sources.
