You will need to first complete/pass the Probate eService eligibility questionnaire in order to start filling up the probate application. SingPass login is not required for the eligibility questionnaire. Simply click on "Run eligibility check" at the bottom of https://services.judiciary.gov.sg/probate/.

Once you have started the application proper, the details which you provide as part of the application are automatically saved and you may stop and resume at anytime thereafter.
