The Probate eService is a relative new initiative launched by the Family Justice Courts in 2023 for less complex probate cases. We may, in the future, consider extending the Probate eService to cover a wider range of probate cases.

In the meantime, we encourage you to use the eligibility questionnaire to assess if you are currently eligible to use the Probate eService.
