How to submit a Fire Certificate (FC) Renewal Application?

For premises renewing their Fire Certificate (FC), it is recommended that the relevant Professional Engineer (PE) be engaged as early as four months before the FC expiry date to perform the Fire Safety System checks. This allows sufficient time for any deviations to be rectified, ensuring the application can be submitted at least two months before the existing FC expires, which is a requirement.

File Submission Guidelines:

·         Each file must not exceed 7MB in size.

·         File names must not contain special characters (such as @, #, $, %, &, *, or !) or spaces.

·        Accepted file formats include JPEG, PNG, PDF, and DOC.
