Ride operators shall prepare an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and complete the requisite engagement forms for Specialist Professional Engineers (SPE) and Fire & Rescue Coordinators (FRC) to submit application for Certificate of Compliance (COC) after NOA. Concurrently with the application of SCDF NOA, ride operators shall engage the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) to obtain an Installation Permit (IP) for new regulated rides, which will authorize the commencement of on-site construction or installation works.
