My device was replaced and needs the DMA installed

Serviced via Apple Authorized Service Centre:

1. Bring the iPad back to sPace for the staff to note down the new serial number.*

2. ICT staff to check if the iPad is in MDM and proceed with necessary steps to ease the

login process into the school apps (gmail, google classroom, apple id)
* The helpdesk logs the device serial numbers to unassign them properly for when the student graduates or transfers out of the school. Failure to do so may cause devices to get stuck in DMA in the future.


Serviced via AsiaPac Fortnightly Servicing:

1. The iPad would already be installed with the necessary DMA. Helpdesk staff will contact students through email/Whatsapp to collect the iPad.
