If your Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) has been registered, a copy of it will be available for viewing in the Office of Public Guardian Online (OPGO) (https://opg-eservice.msf.gov.sg/OPGO/Home.aspx). If you are unable to view your LPA on OPGO, please contact the Office of Public Guardian at 1800 111 2222 or email them at enquiry@publicguardian.gov.sg
