Where can I view my registered Lasting Power of Attorney?
After your LPA has been registered, you and your Donees can retrieve it at any time by logging in to the Office of the Public Guardian Online (OPGO) with your Singpass.
If you would like to keep a printed copy of the LPA for personal reference, you can print the PDF after downloading it from OPGO. However, the printed copy will be watermarked and cannot be used for transactions.
Please follow the steps below to view the full LPA:
Open the LPA with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
Click on the paper clip icon located on the left panel. This opens up a tab called ‘Attachments’.
Double click the attachment named LPA Form_Certified_XXXXX.pdf to view your full LPA.
Please ensure that your device’s default setting is opening the PDF via Adobe instead of web browser.
If you are unable to view your LPA on OPGO, please contact the Office of Public Guardian.
