Can I send my Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) to other individuals or third parties?

After an LPA is registered by OPG, the Donor and his/her Donees can view and send the LPA to individuals or third-party organizations via OPGO.
When sending to third parties, the LPA will be a password protected PDF document with an attachment. The process of viewing and sending the LPA is the same for the Donor and Donee but the Donee will only be able to send the LPA after declaring on OPGO that the Donor had been certified by a doctor to lack mental capacity.
You may refer to the OPGO Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) https://opg-eservice.msf.gov.sg/OPGO/QuickGuide_Reference.aspx for step-by-step guidance on how to send the LPA.
