You will be able to access your Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) application at the Office of the Public Guardian Online (OPGO) - MSF after you login with your Singpass. The Certificate Issuer is also able to access the application after he keys in your personal details (i.e. NRIC and name) in the system.
