In an Islamic will or Wasiat, you can dedicate up to one-third of your wealth to institutions and individuals outside of your rightful heirs (faraid beneficiaries). This is in accordance with the Islamic ruling of wealth distribution. Willing away more than one-third of your wealth to non-faraid beneficiaries may render your Wasiat invalid.
